Extended deadline to apply for the Petrochemicals and Climate Change Conference
There’s still time to start your submission for the Petrochemicals and Climate Change Conference! The conference is taking place at the University of Cambridge, 1st – 3rd July 2024.
It will be a meeting place for people from academia and other organisations (such as civil society organisations) who take an interest in the central role that the petrochemical and plastics industries play in the planetary crises of climate change, global pollution and biodiversity loss. We see that this conference could provide a great opportunity for learning across fields of research that are rarely connected, enabling discussion and debate amongst people from a wide range of disciplines. We especially aim to provide a unique forum for community building for early career researchers and professionals and thus offer generous travel scholarships to enable their participation.
The committee welcome people from all sectors and backgrounds, including those who want to participate without presenting.
